Haven’t Heard Back? Please Read This…

We receive a large volume of correspondence each day. Unfortunately, there are a number of ways that communications can break down, such as:

  • Spam Filters
  • Mail Client Bugs
  • Miscommunication
  • Human Error

Here are some tips to help you communicate with us better:

We prefer email contact to telephone calls. It helps us pace our workload and leaves a record of communication for future reference. Having said that, though, please provide your telephone number when you write, just in case… If you prefer phone contact, just let us know.

If you call, please be prepared to leave a message, as we are frequently on or away from the phone. Rest assured, however, that we do return calls.

If you have an urgent need, please tell us. We’ll make your inquiry a priority. Otherwise, most email is answered within a business day, the remainder within a few days. Please follow up if it’s been longer.

There is currently a problem with Yahoo blocking email at the server level.  This is not an issue which Yahoo users can address through their spam settings.   If you have a non-Yahoo email address available, we recommend using it for greenKarat communications.
